These Are the Best Places to Find Kids Exercise Videos

Here are some virtual fitness classes and kids exercise videos to keep kids active and can act as a supplemental gym class.

Kids exercise videos are a great replacement for gym class for the many students who will opt for online learning in the fall due to the pandemic. The coronavirus crisis has also closed gyms and canceled interscholastic youth sports leagues. The extended time spent indoors due to social distancing can make it easy for kids to turn to screen time for their go-to activity. However, it is extremely important that kids get moderate physical activity each day, so here are some gyms offering virtual fitness classes and kids exercise videos that will keep kids active during social distancing and give you an opportunity to workout with your kids.
