Westchester Event Planner Offers Wardrobe and Party Styling

Westchester Event Planner Offers Wardrobe and Party Styling

Streamers Events recently began offering its services as a party styling service. The company also offers wardrobe styling, and party planning in the New York metro area.

After more than 20 years of working in merchandising and design for a children’s clothing company and time spent as a stay-as-home mom, Nicole Cavallino decided to launch her event styling and coordinating business, Streamers Events. Streamers Events offers design consultation, event styling, decorations and invitations, wardrobe styling, and most recently, party planning.

Streamers Events offers two party planning packages. The first package includes finding a venue, vendors, decorations, and invitations, as well as a consultation to sit with Cavallino to discuss ideas and themes, along with discussing decoration, venue, and vendor possibilities. The second package includes everything from the first, but Cavallino follows up with vendors throughout the planning process and oversee them on the day of the event.

The crux of the business, Cavallino says, are the wardrobe styling, decoration and invitation creation, and event styling. With wardrobe styling, Cavallino can either help you shop (or do the shopping) for a special occasion outfit and accessories, or help you shop (or do the shopping) for up to 10 back-to-school or camp outfits and accessories. For decorations, Cavallino says she prefers to make them herself with ideas clients find on Pinterest and Etsy, as well as customize store-bought invitations or create invitations from scratch.

“Event styling came on because people would say, ‘I love these decorations, but I wish you were there to put it all together for me,’” Cavallino says. “I could either drop all the stuff off and the parents can style it if that’s what they want to do, or I can style it for them. So it could be as much or as little as the parents want.”

Streamers Events is based in Westchester and serves Connecticut and New York City.
