Suburban Jungle Realty Group Presents Summer in the Suburbs

Suburban Jungle Realty Group, a real estate agency in Manhattan that helps families in the city move to the suburbs, recently began offering Summer in the Suburb tours in the New York metro area. The tours show families what a particular town is like before they buy a house in the suburbs.

This summer, The Suburban Jungle Realty Group, a real estate agency that helps families move from the city to the suburbs, will be conducting complimentary Summer in the Suburbs tours throughout Westchester County, Connecticut, Long Island and New Jersey. Each tour will make stops at the local beaches, cafés, playgrounds, farmers’ markets, and town pools to give families a feel for a neighborhood and community before they decide to buy a house.

Suburban Jungle Realty also recently partnered with Lillian August, an interior design company that will help with the home-search process as well as furnishing the house after the move. “We want to offer our families the opportunity to best visualize the potential of prospective homes as spaces in the suburbs,” says Alison Bernstein, founder of Suburban Jungle Realty Group.

Through Suburban Jungle Realty, families can use a complimentary Zipcar to explore the New York metro area suburbs to gain a better understanding of life in a particular area. “The Suburban Jungle Realty Group’s goal is to alleviate the often enormous emotional and financial toll of first-time home buying,” Bernstein says, “The free services cater exclusively to buyers instead of sellers, providing families with a team of strategists who tailor the home-search process to the needs, personality, and lifestyle of each in order to facilitate the perfect town match–and later the perfect house.”
