Art Fun Studio in Bay Ridge Expands Birthday Party Offerings

Art Fun Studio, a place where children and families can explore different mediums of art and create with their imaginations, recently expanded its birthday party offerings. 

The Bay Ridge art studio now offers canvas painting and mosaic art birthday parties with free perks. The mosaic art birthday party package was added in January and includes materials such as shells, gemstones, and sea glass.

Art Fun Studio added canvas painting birthday parties in November 2016, which include paints, aprons, and artist brushes, along with 12-by-16-inch stretched canvases sketched with the birthday child’s favorite character or theme (such as Shimmer and Shine or NYC). Sketched canvases are also available outside of birthday parties, and help provide direction for artists of all ages.

Award-winning artist and Art Fun Studio owner, Alla Baksanskaya, provides step-by-step instructions for art-making birthday parties. “Alla does everything at Art Fun Studio, she really puts her heart and soul into it,” says Eugene Dvorkin, marketing director. 

“I like this work because I am helping children express their creativity and teach them something about art and painting in a fun party atmosphere,” Baksanskaya says. “I see many children come back after birthday parties to learn more about how to make art or just to have fun creating in our studio.”

Art Fun Studio values the idea of saving memories and looks at the art creations as keepsakes for the birthday kid and partygoers. To help you further reminisce about your child’s birthday party at Art Fun Studio, the staff snaps professional high-resolution photos of the experience for families free of charge. All birthday party packages include pizza and drinks for kids—all you need to bring is the cake!
